Sebastian Stan was born on August 13, 1982, in Constanța, Romania. He is a Romanian-American actor. He is best known for his iconic role as Bucky Barnes / Winter Soldier in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). He has also made a name for himself with his powerful performances in films and series such as The Apprentice. He began his acting career as a child actor in Michael Haneke's 1994 film 71 Fragments of a Chronology of Chance.
