Noureen DeWulf is an American actress and comedian born on February 28, 1984, in New York City, best known for playing the role of Lacey in the FX series *Anger Management*. She began her acting career in 2005 with the Academy Award-winning short film *West Bank Story*, in which she played the character of Fatima.
