James Wan is a famous Australian film director, screenwriter and producer from Malaysia. He was born on 26 February 1977 in Kochang,Sarawak, Malaysia to a Chinese family. He started his career and made his mark in Hollywood with the 2004 film Saw, which was a huge success.
