Eros Ramazzotti was born on October 28, 1963, in Rome, the capital of Italy. His father was a construction worker who was also passionate about music. Eros spent his childhood in an ordinary neighborhood in Rome. He learned to play the guitar and piano at a very young age. Although he was initially denied admission to a music conservatory, he did not give up and continued to write songs and learn music on his own.
